I’ve been 100% satisfied with my experience with Den Art. The services provided by Dr. Lugo are very professional and he is very experienced. He always answers to all my questions and doubts very kindly. All his staff is very friendly and they always take the time to explain very thoroughly what your procedure is going to be about.
Since you walk into the clinic you can feel a warm welcoming, and all the clients, at least in my experience here, go home very satisfied. Likewise, the facilities are very pretty, wide, comfortable and high tech, they are very organized with the patient’s files and also have parking and other benefits.
Waiting times can take longer than expected, so I would recommend you plan ahead and take this into consideration, other than this, I highly recommend Dr. Lugo’s dental clinic.

After many difficulties because of lost teeth, I was fortunate enough to find Dent-Art Center. At first I had my doubts about going to Tijuana searching for a solution, I live in South California and I really thought about it because I was scared about something going wrong and being so far, if I would have to drive back. I looked up Dr. Lugo’s web site and made some research, all reviews were positive, no negatives at all.
The day I had my 5 implants done I thought I would have to stay at a local hotel, but when I came out of Dr. Lugo’s office I realized I had little pain, enough for me to bear with the medication prescribed. I also thought I would have to skip a day at work, but Thank God I didn’t need to. I was a little sore but with the medication all pain was gone. I had some bad experiences before, arriving to Dr. Lugo’s office and just to think that they would be touching my teeth I would get chills and sometimes even tremble.
When we arrived, from Miguel, the driver, to Yuliana at the front desk and Karla, patient coordinator, but mostly Dr. Lugo explained to me the procedure and during the same they would be telling me how and what was happening. Today, for the first time in a long time I feel free to smile with confidence thanks to Dr. Lugo and all his staff. Excellent Job. I highly recommend his Dental Office

I so appreciate the expeditiousness of the process from start to finish. I didn’t have to fill out a huge form which asks me questions regarding information of my family’s health history. I liked that Den Art uses an X ray machine that scans the whole mouth and presents my mouth in one photo X-ray that I can understand. I liked that the dentist pointed out in a non-horrific manner that yes I have some areas of needed work and didn’t try to sell me or scare me into getting the work done.
